1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) 889ph account. The creation of multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. If 889ph detects that a Player has opened multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, funds may be forfeited, and any winnings derived from such accounts will be voided.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

889ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. This may include but is not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)

• Selfie photograph holding identification document

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by 889ph may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the 889ph Privacy Policy.

3. Account Responsibilities and Security

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 889ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and account actions.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account wallet must be withdrawn in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. 889ph reserves the right to retain account records for regulatory and legal compliance purposes even after account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

889ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and account verification status. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 889ph account within 2 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 hours depending on the issuing bank. 889ph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your 889ph account wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

All transactions on 889ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a foreign currency, your bank or payment provider will apply the applicable exchange rate and may charge conversion fees, for which 889ph is not responsible.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any vulnerability in the 889ph platform or software
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or incorrectly priced odds for financial gain
• Allowing or facilitating access to your 889ph account by a third party

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination by 889ph

889ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, unresolved disputes, regulatory requirements, or if continued account operation poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Upon account termination for cause, 889ph may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If an account is terminated without fault on the Player's part, any verified balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Our Commitment

9.3 User-Generated Content

Where 889ph provides features allowing Players to submit feedback, reviews, or other content, you grant 889ph a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and publish such content in connection with its services. You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe any third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Platform Availability

889ph makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service unavailability. 889ph will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 889ph's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 889ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 889ph does not guarantee any returns, winnings, or outcomes. You accept full responsibility for any financial losses arising from gaming activity on 889ph. 11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Informal Resolution

12. Changes to Terms and Communication

12.4 Language

12.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
